MULTI Building a new PC - ULTRA

Asalam.o.alikum

I am planning to build high end personal computer over the period of 4-6 months. To start
I thought about to buy one of the below motherboard.

1. ASUS Prime Z-690-A ATX
2. GIGABYTE Z790 GAMING X AX

Also please recommend any other motherboard within range 60-80 PKR.

i9 12 or 13 gen is what I am planning to buy, the rest of the components please suggest. Also which brand is good?

Also look in the pre-owned market here at Pakgamers or other websites you might even find a good deal and get it cheaper. Normally these things last for a long time so something in warranty should be good to go
