true but Boruto is really taking it slower than how Naruto went at this time we were seeing curse marks of Orchimaro.. here we got only one awesome fight between Sakura and the Danzo Copy Cat.


just hope it doesnt become another fillaruto

well the latest episodes are going pretty slow.. they are playing the robin-hood story thing.

the current chunin exam is so childish compared to the chunin exam we saw in naruto OG.

1-2-3 of Sarada was nice

some new villians are here which is good but nothing beats the Fear of Akatsuki.

I think that's intentional on the show's part, remember the Naruto universe is in an era of unprecedented peace and ninja jobs are getting lesser and lesser. Characters are weak because you don't really need to be a ninja to make a living or a difference. Denki being a prime example to that. Although he is a ninja now, his main goal before was something else.

Threats still exist but Sasuke and the Kage have made a concentrated effort to eradicate anything major. I'm really interested in how this show tackles Naruto and Sasuke's characters, they are basically as strong as Gods.

well slow pace or what u said i understand but come on we are in 70+ episode of the show at this time we were already done with curse marks zabuza momochi fight.. rocklee vs Gara and all other goodness and the hokage vs orichmaru

Yeah, he would have stomped all over Shinki with sage mode lol. Now that I'm comparing it with Naruto, the pace has been painfully slow. I'd say at about the 130 episode mark we should get the Kawaki arc that's going in the manga right now. I really hope they cut out with the filler stuff, they are almost never good.

Was wondering the same lol. Anime was much better though since they had time build that scene up. The fight could be a banger as well. I know its a Boruto and new generation anime but I need me some Kakashi and his purple lightening love man
