[SOLVED] BB 9900 - still worth it?

Aslaam u alaikum!

I have a very limited budget 12k strict, and want to buy a smart phone. I have considered many options which included qmobile, gfive and 2nd hand Blackberry.
(Influenced by generel trend) I had decided to go for qmobile i7. I faced 3 fatal problems from a pin packed mobile.

Internet Browser was not working (neither chrome nor original, google play store crashed and every time i tried opening it, it put my i7 on loops of restart, and 3rd this device was not being detected by any computer, i tried 10)

I claimed warrenty and they said I ll get a replacement after 10 days.

Now I am considering BB9900. I just wanted to ask from experienced BB users, esp those who have also used Android.
Without any biased opinion I need proper guidance, what should I do now? should stick with i7 when it comes back? or sale and go for other? what other options do I have? Is bb9900 still worth it?

My preferences about mobile are very old-school, powerful connectivity, strong durability, stable OS! casual gaming sometimes and music.

Well, I honestly admit that I have never used a good android mobile. The few I have used were HTC Desire, and sony xperia. And I was not happy with any!
Maybe thats affecting my choice, that I never trusted android phones.

Try Motorola Xt926/925 or LG F160/F260.

^10-11k LTE2 F160 and 12-13k LTE3 F260 depending upon the condition. F200 VU 2 is also a good option, same price as f160.

Another thing is, BB os 10 can now emulate .apk files. so maybe i should get a q5 or something

As a ex bold user never have I hated a phone so much!!!!
It crashes randomly, hangs occasionally if you install to many apps and worst of all if you install some apps they interfare with phones normal functions, like I once installed flashlight app after installing my phone was never ringing when I got a call even when it was on loud...

9900 is one of the best smartphones ever made. It's seriously awesome. The keyboard alone makes it worth it.

However, I wouldn't recommend it to someone now-a-days. You can get a Z10 for that kinda money but that too offers little to no benefit over, say, a Windows Phone device.
I wouldn't recommend an Android device in this range but if you must, grab a 2013 Moto G for 14 grand. I know it's a full 2 thousand more than your budget but it's your best bet. If you cannot, then you should give some of the Windows Phone offerings a look.

well, yes! The lesson I have learnt is same as what you are saying "Dont Buy an Android in this range".
So what do you suggest then? (Should I replace with my qmobile i7 with any device when it is replaced? with a bb device?)
