Bahria Karachi - Review Needed

Hi,

is it safe to invest in Bahria housing, can anyone tell me their perspective and mindset; was there any problem related to, construction, Electricity, Water and such things? is everything okay there? are the priced fixed and does not increment after half construction or such errors? and any kind of problem faced? it will help me and a lot more people reading this thread, please put all your reviews opinions here

My best advice is not to invest right now because situation of Bahria is getting worse day by day and as far as electricty and water there is no issue but security is a big issue, for more details you can pm me.
