B4 error "Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open"

I installed BF4 from Origin. I can not join servers! It joins, shows as connecting and then shows Error "Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.". I have Nayatel and have forwarded ALL ports of BF4 in Port mapping and disabled antivirus and firewall but it is still not connecting.
