8th Gen Motherboard - Aorus Z370 Gaming 3 or ASUS TUF Z370 Plus or any other ?

Suggest me a good motherboard for 8th Gen system , I've found two so far within my range & also available locally

1) Gigabyte Aorus Z370 Gaming 3 (20.7k) - 1 Year Warranty
2) Asus Tuf Z370 Plus Gaming ( 20k ) - 3 Years Warranty

Any other board within the same price ? Don't want to spend above 21k on it so avoid suggestion of high-end boards .

I have had the liberty to work and personally use numerous motherboards over the past 2 decades.
I have yet to see a Gigabyte Motherboard go faulty. So my personal experience and opinion is with Gigabyte.
However, please note it is my personal preference. Asus motherboards are equally good, but if I had to choose, you know my choice.

As far as warranty claim is concerned. It is a marketing gimmick. God forbid, if you ever go for warranty, the amount of time you will waste arguing and roaming around will be more than buying a new product.
