    I've personally had terrible experience with ease. And even for ease, models with such specs for under 50k(with delivery even) are impossibly rare. But no point in arguing with someone being adamant. Either that or this is just lowballing.

    Brother that spec of monitor costs around 70-80k+ even in used. Would recommend you check FHD models in your budget, unless you were just lowballing.

    40-70k for an IPS 1440p high refresh display is terribly hard rn without some caveat. Especially in the condition required. I recommend you to try VA panels. IPS is definitely much better but the price goes up a lot.
