    4k, definitely. RTX 2080 Ti will power 60+ FPS on AAA titles at 4k and well over 100 FPS on non-AAA titles. Some games might not scale well to 4k so I'd get a 1080p (240Hz or 144Hz) if you're into some competitive play, or play a lot of indie/obscure titles that have trouble scaling to 4k.
