    150 average to Europe if you have a good connection, and I've had less than 60 to Dubai etc, but the game is completely playable and smooth, don't worry about it.

    Sorry to tell you but the reason their deployment takes such a long time is because they're understaffed, I doubt that letter is going to help. They'll get to you once they've dealt with older customers who are breathing down their neck. Expect at least a 2 month wait.
