    Anyways congrats..i think you made the right choice, its better to get the main things first except of going for the other things.
    for HDD just place it in the HDD cage and connect it with the sata power cable and but the red data cable to it and other end to sata conector on your mobo
    About the psu you just need to put it in the same place where your current one is placed.there isnt any issue of it..just put each cable at tis proper place thts it.

    I would suggest you to wait for some time and get the all in all samsung the true LCD.Acer is also good, but why get some thing which would make you bang your head against the screen in long run.so better wait...or get the one which ASK have

    I play it in Official servers named as [NOV] and dont worry about latency anthing above 250+ is ok to go
    When in game they say not login just press "T" and text box appears there enter /register (ur password) and then press enter
    And then when you play it again type /login (ur pass) without brackets

    Thanks bro..i bought it for 4500/ and tis DDR3 XXX one and i have further overclocked it..playing FC2 on high setings 30+ frames..
    Ok here is the link to download the EXE file of multiplayer..U just have to download this >> http://www.sa-mp.co.uk/data/files/sa-mp-0.2X-install.exe and then install it in the game folder and folow all the steps..then open the multiplayer from EXE file of it and from official servers or others play it by clicking on above connect buttons..latency will be 200+ on foreign servers but dont worry its quite smooth.. me and hsan play it together..

    Here you go: here is for people with Win XP SP2 who don't want to install SP3 just to play this game:

    Change Manually XP SP2 to SP3 For GTA IV

    Step 1: Run Regedit by Clicking on Start -> Run , type in regedit and press enter
    Step 2: Make a backup of your registry (just in case)
    Step 3: Browse to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\C ontr ol\Windows"
    Step 4: Modify the value of "CSDVersion" from "0x00000200" (SP2) to the Windows XP SP3 value of "0x00000300"
    Step 5: Close registry editor
    Step 6: Reboot
    Step 7: Start GTA and freakin enjoy it already!

    i haven't tried it myself coz i have sp3 already installed...but people who have tried say that it works perfectly...
