Quadro is not meant for gaming so its better to avoid it.
You should search your local Computer market. 8600GTs cost Rs.1500 and 8800GTs cost 2300-2500. Those people importing Container Maal import such stuff on regular basis.
If you want to get from PG then people have been charging HIGH and UNFAIR prices for products which are not worth it. For example, a 9800GT being sold for 5k in PG Mraketplace, should cost no more than 4k. I have personally purchase GTS250s for as low as 5.5k, which would be A FAIR price for it.
If you cannot find any such thing then better not purchase anything atm and collect money for a better GPU, which should last you longer. This depends on how much Extra you can collect.

Again, it depends on the games and the screen resolution.
For example, a Galaxy S or Nexus S has a SGX540 GPU, with a screen resolution of 800x480.
Galaxy Nexus also have an overclocked version of SGX540, with a 720x1280 screen resolution. And even when the resolution is higher, the games still perform a tad better than Nexus/Galaxy S.
Now, if you want to compare Mali 400MP with SGX540, there will be a significant noticeable difference in gaming performance, with intense graphics. Say, NFS Most Wanted, Dead Trigger. With casual games like NFS Shift, you wont feel any significant difference in performance.
So NO, it cannot be 80% faster just because its dual core. Performance is calculated on the basis of Average results.

That depends whether its on stock clocks or overclocked one.
A Stock Mali 400-MP is about 40% faster than SGX540 (stock) ... on average. The results vary in different benchmarks.
Bottom line is, yes it'll be a better performer than SGX540.

Not sure as I don't own that particular tablet but check the thread if it has more bugs than your previous Rom.
Jelly Bean is awesome, not sure about the bugs in Ainol tablets. Try it out if you like.
