do u have a CPU cooler or using stock cooler?
if u have a CPU cooler installed increase vcore by a bit or two and then increase FSB and stress test.
if its unstable give a lil more vcore.
but dont let temps go above 70 on prime testing.

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
