I believe CF and Chandoo are the mods responsible for handing out achievements. You should get in touch with one of them if you feel you're eligible for it.

Can't say i have any one favorite, I like a good RPG no matter what style of game play and what franchise it comes from.
recent favorites include Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age Origins, Persona 4 (JRPG), Final Fantsy 12 etc etc.
