    Where did you read that it was 1Ghz at start? o_O If i am not mistaken ( i am sure i am not) it was 1.2Ghz Dual Core all along.

    Good Luck buying that phone though. Its still a risky job. I have seen enough cases where the Phone had 'some' problems and seller claimed it to be 'shipment damage'.

    Hey Man. Sorry i took late replying.

    If you ask for me opinion, its a big risk buying mobile OUTSIDE city. A PC Component is a different story but NEVER buy a used mobile (from a person in used) OUTSIDE City. FInd someone in your own city to which you can go visit Personally and check the Phone YOURSELF.

    And what did you mean by "if the phone isn't the 1.2GHz version?"
    SGSII's default clock is 1.2Ghz. Overclocked upto 1.5Ghz (or so) is a different story, which obviously can be done with kernel change.

    The back is Plain. However the paint coated on the phone is still a glossy one. Finger Print magnet .... but no way its 'more' prone to scratches and scuffs. Even on SGS, the paint does a great job saving the phone (its body) from scratches. Same is the case with SGS2.

    Black one has a textured back which makes it elegant to hold in your hand. It has added benefit. Add the fact that its "Black" which means it'll look better with a SuperAMOLED Plus display. (especially in Dark)

    No need spending extra 3.5 just because its white and has 10 months warranty. Save the struggle you are gonna put in joining the money to get it.

    You said you were gonna visit the market. Well do that first ... just visit it, and see if you can get a good deal there. You just might get a good deal on a Set+Charger for below 40k (if you are lucky, because here in Lahore, several people got lucky this way).

    Anyway ... I told you the FAIR amount, and the price usually going in market. 40k is sitll the price in Lahore Market for a Set+Charger ONLY. So you can think for yourself what would be a handset having ALL THE ACCESSORIES should cost :)

    Another thing ... check the back (after taking out the battery). It should be i9100 and not the i9100G (which has the same GPU as a Galaxy S i.e. SGX540)

    Sure go for it then. Considering new phone with warranty is for 56K and w/o warranty 46K
    But make doubly sure its not refurbished as you will buy it hand to hand.

    One more thing please suggest Should i go for SGS2 or iphone4 Factory Unlocked im getting both at same price Brand new from abroad.
    Things to Consider while suggesting: You know me well i have been an extensive droid user left for Iphone4 just because they were not stable+hardware issues+no quality app support

    I have asked pg id:mafiadog about too many SGS2 which are being sold at 35-36k in the market. He said all of them are refurbished don't go for it.

    I would highly recommend go for that warranty one which i pm'ed you in the evening.

    I just made a small gps fix patch.. Should improve GPS performance in pakistan. Basically edited some stuff in the gps.conf.

    So now i got it why you are having text issues... ARD 3.6 is old ROM.. It's based on Sense 3.0 and based on that pathetic faux kernel and it causes text to become fuzzy when scrolling..i hate custom kernels..they drain battery and have bugs. Stock kernels are best...
    You should try ICS roms... Maza to tab hi aye ga...
    In GB roms, try RCMix ROM based in stock kernel... It's very smooth and has 'Tweaks' in Settings... It gives you sooooo many options... You can change Sense UI to bliss, use volume buttons to take pics, awake.screen on SMS , and many many other options .. Its really mind blowing
    ... Their startup logo will surprise you itself...

    RTL patch was already embedded in ICS roms... Where did you find a patch?
    You just need to install Urdu keyboard.. You can do that in two ways
    Either install Swype and download Urdu language
    Or download 'Multiling' keyboard app from market and download Urdu plugin from within app..

    Well i wasn't too much of Applications fanatic... Just daily use applications are enough

    1. Skype
    2. CarMode (turns on speaker automatically when in car)
    3. Quick Reboot Plus
    4. 4Ext Touch Recovery.. Install this recovery, you will be surpRised, it's first every reCovery to have touch..
    5. Quick Reboot Plus.. So far ICS doesn't have Advanced power menu, so this might come in handy
    6. Screen Lock. to lock screen using touch
    7. Flash Volume Awake mod by a Pakistani developer. Allows you too wake up screen using volume keys.
    You will see [Mod] volume Awake for Sense Roms in General Sensation Section (2nd or 3rd page).. Thank that Pakistani developer for his hardwork..

    You will love that HQ TTS engine.. Install Enhanced Voice Caller ID with it.

    There are only two colors today i mentioned before... Orange and yellow...

    i used to keep brightness @ lowest when indoors and on Auto when outdoors... It's quite comfortable outside.. What's the problem you are facing? install curvefish Brightness widget from market.. The HTC sense brightness widget isn't very good...

    You know the 640x 360 videos will look pixeled on qHD... So download mostly 720p songs using TubeMate...
