It's a capacitor overload issue and is only reported on some non-reference boards under OC, so far only EVGA has acknowledged it, the main thing that worries me, is that no vendor accepts RMAs for popped capacitors, but let's see. Also, the power draw numbers that people have reported on these OC models are through the roof.
