Yes it is working. In order to connect, download Repz Launcer https://repziw4.de/launcher/setup.exe and then use it to install game, rest it will do
Game is working but crashing while loading on random maps. Also users are rarely playing on these servers. Only 1 or 2 players are found most of the times or no one. Why is this crashing issue there? Any idea. Thanks

well, COD4 is sometimes full of hackers aimboters. they ruin the gameplay. They manage to play 2-3 rounds even, Until you kicked them out, all other players leave the server. so server became empty just bcoz of those hackers. so thats a issue.
What error do u see in crash? post a screenshot on their repz page , they help to fix them.

All over Pakistan kids download and start playing this game , all pirated, no matter how much u ban one, two more pop up, its a never ending cat and mouse game
I think this crashing issue is due to the maps which normally come in the DLCs and i am not having those specific maps in my game folder. downloading these DLCs and then give it a try again. Else everything is set from my end. I am running COD 4 , MW2 and MW3 now and will check Black Ops II later on.
Now the part which is the most horrific one is the High pings even on PTCL servers, which should not be greater than 60 to 70s whereas i AM having pings more than 600. Just gave a call today to their customer support and logged a complaint. Lets see what they do now.

regarding high pings, something seems wrong with your internet , try having your internet line quality improved, try to email that twitter guy ptclcares gmail.com and tell him ur line quality sux

CoD4; before complaining about game not running; follow following
1. make sure no cheat or helping software is running and no cheat software is in your PC
2. Exit Game if already in game
3. Run again as Admin iw3mp without mod
4. when prompted to Update, click YES (else don't complain)
5. wait for it to do its work , sit back and enjoy a cup of water
6. Now Play
7. If still doesnt work or Update doesnt come, if it doesnt work then
a. download http://182.176.65.4/cod4x/cod4x18_v15client.zip
b. extract to cod4 folder so a new folder in cod4 is created by this zip
c. run file in it called "install.cmd" (as an admin and without admin both) and then PLAY
