That's great progress. I certainly need to lose weight now. Blood pressure is staying over 135/85+ from a couple of days and today it was 144/95 -

My weight is down to 85.45 Kg POGGUS. It was 93 Kgs at start of December. And 96 Kg at start of October.

I paid the fee by going into HBL app --> excise --> fbr, input the number PTA gave on the portal in the HBL mobile app
