The upcoming Disney+ shows for She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and Moon Knighthave all been officially announced as being part of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Disney-owned juggernaut wrapped up a decade's worth of storytelling earlier this year, concluding a huge 22-film saga with Avengers: Endgame. Garnering positive reviews, the film recently became the highest-grossing film of all time. The MCU shows no signs of stopping, however - with Phase 4 already unveiled and Phase 5 teased at SDCC.
As well as dominating the big screen, Marvel Studios will branch out into the world of streaming television via Disney+. A number of shows have already been confirmed, including Loki and WandaVision. Unlike previous Marvel TV efforts, the new shows will fully intersect with the movies. Loki's adventure through time with the Tesseract will likely bring him back to the main continuity just in time for Thor: Love and Thunder. Scarlet Witch's solo outing, meanwhile, is described as "half sitcom, half MCU spectacular" and will lead directly into a team-up in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. The Disney+ shows will also include The Falcon and The Winter SoldierandHawkeye - which will feature the introduction of US Agent and Kate Bishop, respectively.

It was confirmed at D23, however, that Phase 4 will be even bigger than previously announced. Screen Rant was present at the Disney+ panel where an updated slate was unveiled, teasing three additional slots to the line-up. While those shows were initially unnamed, they are almost certainly She-Hulk,Ms. Marvel, and Moon Knight. Previously, it was wondered whether they would join
Blade in Phase 5. It's currently unknown which order they will be released, the line-up had each series set to join the streaming service sometime after Hawkeye has aired. As such, they are most certainly part of the MCU's Phase 4.

Ms. Marvel already has a writer and showrunner locked in, with D23 also confirming Bisha K. Ali taking on the role. Ali previously wrote for Netflix's Sex Education and Mindy Kaling's remake of Four Weddings and a Funeral for Hulu. There is no word yet on who will take on similar responsibilities on the other shows. Equally, no casting has been revealed. Fans, however, are already speculating - with some envisioning Jennifer Lopez as She-Hulk and others already speculating whether Kit Harington's addition to the MCU will be as part of one of these newly announced shows.
The placement of the shows poses a lot of interesting questions. With previously no Avengers film announced as part of Phase 4, many wondered whether the released slate was only part of what was to come. The new additions certainly add weight to that theory. At the very least, they imply that Phase 4 is larger than previously thought. With each of the new shows set to debut after Hawkeye, that puts them squarely around Thor: Love and Thunder. As such, they may all come before, leading to a big-screen conclusion.

Alternatively, one or more may come after. If that's the case, they could either serve as an epilogue to Phase 4 - while simultaneously setting up Phase 5 - or they could be a sign that further Phase 4 film announcements are still to come. Whatever the case, the new additions and the confirmation that they'll
definitely crossover into the movies will no doubt provoke much excitement. Fans will know for sure as new announcements are made or when She-Hulk,Ms. Marvel, and Moon Knight eventually make it onto screens.
