      I never had issue related to internet speed though. The issue with upload can be due to your end device or the wifi router configurations. Have you tried changing your browser or cache, if not your end device? Most of the times if an issue is constant, it could also at your end, cuz rest of the customers are also using same setup and connections.

      I have 8 Mbps internet.

      It has been crappy since day one. The guy from support was polite and helpful today only to the extent that he listened to what I had to say Otherwise, he could not fix the issue.

      Connected via a router which connected to the main access point. Tried connecting directly as well.

      I have nayatel in islamabad and using optix in karachi. I am speaking from my personal experience. It was much better when it was offered in limited areas only.
