Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, 41k is not enough for your required performance.
If you want 40 to 60 fps on high settings on 1080p, you will have to spend about 26000 on GPU alone, that leaves only 15,000/- for rest of stuff.
      CS:GO is a light game.
Of all the above games Witcher 3 is the most demanding and even a GTX 1060 will not give 60fps on high

Considering insane gpu prices i think u should go with an amd powered pc the latest ones have sufficient integerated gpu performance and leave buying gpu for some time once gtx 2000 series come out u can pick one from those as i am hearing good things about it specificaly their low prices if rumors are to be believed.

I wouldnt have recommended u amd pc but considering u low budget thats the way to go.

      Happy gaming!

the only option you could get are the amd ryzen processors, and they are pretty great why dont you try one? they have ddr4 ram support too and are future proof, also you can make an amd theme pc too with an amd gpu like rx570

p.s you can check prices of ryzen mobo and pro from czone.com.pk too.... [emoji6]

if you leave the GPU out for another day, & put the casing in the budget, maybe you will be able to meet your specs. with the way prices of GPU are at the moment, PC gaming aint looking cheap. Make a system without GPU & then maybe buy it later???? why not go for DDR3???
