The ESRB, in a recent listing, rated the games Grand Theft Auto 3 and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for the PlayStation 3. Grand Theft Auto 3 was recently made available for iOS and Android devices due to its tenth anniversary, so news of the game heading to the PlayStation 3 may not be all that surprising.

Sadly, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is no where on the ESRB listing as of yet so its unclear whether it will be a part of this rumored package or not.

It is also unclear whether the games will be headed as HD Classics or PS2 Classics the former being remastered ports of the original games and the latter being emulated original platform versions of the game. Although, news site Siliconera suggests this might be as part of the PS2 Classics package.
