Atleast a community of 3000 people would convince EA to give server files to MBL etc...

For now I am happy that iamextreme and w00t had servers.

Iamextreme server is giving me 110ms.
All gamers.com.de servers are giving me 120ms to 150ms.
Italian servers are giving 170ms...!

So its well and good for me.

We invaded EA Forums with significant members and Official Emails and Requests from MBL to give them the Server Files
But we cannot afford them as per MBL so there is no point

Totally useless topic. EA is never ever going to the release the server files like you are thinking. Mark my words.

i agree with w00t. But i think MBL can pay up for server files and then start renting out spaces like other companies do to compensate for the costs. im sure if you can get a 32 player server for like 5k/month even, a lot of people would go for it, atleast i would.

@aliasif, if what you're planning to do is gather all the players who are legit and then show Dice the numbers, well they aint gonna be impressed with a couple of hundred players trust me. You need thousands n thousands of players for dice to even start thinking of a slight possibility for server hosting.

I guess MBL never thought of a possibility of renting servers, if some1 pitches this idea to them, im sure they can work something out.

oh and to those who are getting high ping on iamextreme.net server, get you net connections checked. Its an issue with your connection not the server.
