I can't download the Enhanced Edition. Its too big for 4 or so hours of extra gameplay
With that said, the Anti-Aliasing is pure brilliant in the shots. Everything is so clean. There is no jaggies in sight
The leaves on the left side of Geralt in 2nd picture are so beautiful and perfect.
You are already running it on Ultra. If you want better AA, disable it from the launcher and use SMAA instead.
Edit: Just checked my settings. I've also enabled Nvidia FXAA from the control panel. Get the latest 301.24 beta drivers for that.
So FXAA+SMAA gives it a very clean look. And they don't blur the image as much as FXAA usually does. Rig is E8400 (3.6ghz)/2GB/GTX 260 (overclocked).

@Necrokiller: I tried nvidia beta driver(301.24) but i got a problem with them. All of my games started to slowdown after a specific time(20fps). so I rolled back to previous ones. And Witcher 2's AA does'nt effect performance a lot(3-6fps hit). The SMAA you mentioned doesn't seem to work for me cz when i used it, my game won't start. Dunno whats wrong
@Shary Bhallu TC: Why not you just download 7.5gb repack of enhanced edition. I downloaded the manual EE patch(10GB) and it was corrupt. Now I am downloading 7.5gb repack and it is almost done. The only drawback is the videos are 720P(xbox ones) instead of 1080P.
