New to COD4, please help!!

I just joined pkgs server after installing the patch 1.6 and 1.7.
Afterwards i also updated Punkbuster to the latest version.

But wheni tried to join PKGS server, everything went fine, the map loaded and then i saw this notice "timepass punkbuster permanent ban issued on this game server for player "timepass".. Global punkbuster GUID ban 50a15a0a

Please help.. i also got this notice on the XG PUBLIC server.

I did apply for nick registration here but did not receive any correspondence yet.
