AOA ALL!

So I'm going to buy a CoD WaW CDKEY from CJS. Now, they say that the key is for the Stand Alone Version of the game. That means I cannot enter the key on steam and start downloading. So my question is from where exactly do I download the game? Of course I've tried torrenting it. All the versions on TPB are modified ones ;(
There are a few original RIPs, but they don't have more than 10 seeders >__>. Anyone know where I get the game from?

P.P.S | So, I decided to download a single player rip for old times sake and guess what, "UN handled exception caught" I'm on Windows 7. I wonder WTF is wrong
