Call of Duty 4 online help

Hello, I'm trying to play CoD4 online, on a cracked server. The problem is, no matter how many times I put up a new cdkey through razor1911, I always get the error "cdkey in use" when trying to join the server. What's wrong?

u r using a pirated copy of COD4... try a different server after updating your punkbuster and COD4

All the server ips I use lead to the same server for some reason...and what do you mean by updating my punkbuster and CoD4? Where from?
