      [HELP] TekngGods MW3 Hosting

Hey guys I have been playing on TeknoGods for a while now and honestly, most servers are either full, bad ping or has hackers. So I wanted to host my own server but the problem I am facing is that when I click on "Start dedicated server" on TeknoGods menu, the console starts up and says that evrythings up and fine. BUT I just dont want to host the server, I also want to play on it. Seems I either need to input a command or else and cant figure out what. Please help.

Doesn't teknogods forum have a detailed guide regarding dedicated servers?

If no then maybe the console has the the same commands as mw2?

      Ok...
Your problem is that you don't know how to join your server? Well, you'll see A LOCAL IP It should be something like 192.168.x.xxx
You put that in TeknoGods launcher and the console will tell you which port you need to use for direct connect. You use that one in the port section and click "DIRECT CONNECT". The game will launch, press F12 and you're good to go. Sorry if my explaning skills...sort of suck

P.S Make sure you've port forwarded.

Add these commands into the console "sv_maprotation default;start_map_rotate;sv_hostname *Your server name here*" without quotes, without spaces. If you want it more detailed, open this link GD TeknoMW3 MP Guide - Pastebin.com

hehe No problem. So now that you're problem is solved. Request the thread to close.
P.S If you host and play on the same server= lots of bad pings for your clients.

P.P.S ^ Unless you have at least 6 gigs of Ram and a nice proccesor.
