I heard no architecture or assumed specification leak of Kepler. XDR2 is being used AMD in 7 series, its from Rambus.

From current AMD 6970 memory clocks 5500 MHz vs XDR2 8000 MHz. It uses 30% less power than GDDR5. Sweet!!

Well some sources suggest that Low-Mid End and Mobile variants of 600 Series cards would be based on a Fermi/Kepler Hybrid chip put on the 28nm Die. High End cards would feature a totally revised architecture and would cost a hell lot of bucks.
