      It said that those factories (affected by the flood) are Operational, but are NOT yet producing at their full capacity. So dont get your hopes high YET.

      It'll still take atleast 2 more months for them to FULLY restore the production. And after that happens, another 1 week is required (atleast) for the prices to come down.

      No. It'll take them more time.

      A lot of produce was wasted in the floods. They need to break even with the cost of production by selling the newer hard drives a tad bit higher. After that the prices will fall. But by the time the prices will fall, expect the economy to be struck with inflation, thus the prices being lower than now, but stable at the new price midway from now and the initial price.
