      What PSU shal i get?

Hey guys I was thinkin of gettin a new psu. My hardware installed is as follows:

*Intel E2180 @stock clocks nw but i want to really overclock it to d edge.
      *Asus P5KPl-CM
      *2*2 GB XM2 DDR2 800 MHZ
      *120 GB WD HDD
      *HIS IceQ4 HD 4830
      *Asus DVD Writer

My current PSU is a Chinese brand 400watt PSU but i bought it for 2000 as d shopkeeper was sayin it original and nw i know wat it is coz wen i overclock the cpu beyond 2.2 i get blue screen of death, lol. I used d psu usage calculators and found out that for this setup i need abt 350 watts of power.

Nw i need u guys to tell me which PSU to get
      1: 460 Watt CM PSU
      2: 500 Watt CM PSU

And can d Blue Screen of death be caused by another faulty component too or just the psu?

Note: If anyone is willing to sell one in good condition or even warranty at good price then i wud be ready to get it afta a month.

Try to look into the market place may be u can get a good offer there. 500W is more futuristic as compared to 460.

Sinful u dont know BSOD (The Famous Microsoft Blue Screen of death.)

o bhai ali...the BSOD isnt because of ur PSU...its because of ur unstable overclocking man....ur OC'ed proc isnt getting enough voltage...and since ur mobo is G31 chip...no vcore adjustment for u :P

hence unstable OC....so dont waste ur money replacing the PSU...cause it will still give u BSOD above 2.2ghz in ur case....dun believe me..then try it...it will fail... :O

so if u wanna OC get a better MOBO...not a PSU...

u can check the PSU's 12v rail for stability by running OCCT and checking the generated graph for 12v rail

^ well oclocking is not recommended if you don't have a good psu....chinese psus don't have neither the rated amps or wattage....so even if you are not overclocking, good psu is always recommended as it is like engine of ur pc.....engine goes down, your pc goes down with it...

But anyways shouldnt i get a better psu even if i m not overclockin coz dis psu doesnt seem powerful enuf for ma 4830

By checkin the graphs i dont think that i shud get a new psu coz dis one is pretty much stable at 2.4Ghz overclock which is a pretuned 20% overclock by asus, i lowered d RAM speed from 800 to 667 so nw it works. I hav to hav at least a 1066mhz cpu to increase d ram speed to 1066. This was mentioned in d manual. And ya as U said Shajeel Bhai, dis board doesnt hav any vcore settings. And shajeel bhair by seein d graphs wat u think of my psu
