Hi guys, I'll be upgrading my pc in few weeks so need info.
      Current Specs:
      Processor : Intel Core2Duo E7200 2.53Ghz
      Motherboard : Intel dg31pr
      Ram : 4GB DDR Kingston
      HDD : 250GB PATA
      GPU : Evga 9500GT
      Case : Antec 600 v2
PSU : Antec Earthwatts EA 500

      Will be upgrading to:
      Processor : Intel Core i5 3570K
      Motherboard : AsRock Z77 extreme4
      Ram : G SKILL Ares 8GB(4*2) 1600Mhz
HDD : WD Caviar Green 1tb

so i've got some questions here
I wont be upgrading my gpu atm, will be upgrading it later
      1. if i use 9500GT with Lucid Virtu MvP will i get some performance increase on that?
      2. i'll be using my Antec 600 v2 case will that be enough for a cpu cooler eg. Evo 212+
      3. I'll be using my psu aswell so would that be enough for HD 6850?

Ur internal ivy bridge gpu will be more than double of your 9500gt, nonetheless try lucid mvp it may be good for a few games.
      The psu is enough
As for casing check dimensions from manufacturer's website.

^ More than double ? Nope.
The HD 4000 is still one tier lower than 9500GT (DDR3) and in the same tier as 9500GT (DDR2), how can it be more than double ?

Integrated graphic solutions always sux in front of dedicated graphics whether they have new architecture or faster clocks the cons are shared video memory and utilization of CPU for processing graphics retards the whole system when it comes to gaming.
However 9500GT is a good card but it should be DDR3 perhaps the 1 GB DDR2 version has no match for the current rig both are nasty for games

Newer integrated graphics solutions are a lot BETTER than older (ancient) discrete graphics.
As you can see here, there is a separate graphics portion, so the CPU component ( cores ) aren't used to render graphics.
It's true that the system memory is shared with the shared memory (in AMD's APUs, performance increases with faster clocked memory), nevertheless as the chart shows, even this hasn't stopped newer integrated graphics from beating older discrete solutions.

The casing is fine for a 212 Cpu Cooler

Why would you wanna buy a 6850 ? The newer 7770 is off equal par. I would advice you go for the Gigabyte 7770 variant. Its overclocked and with a good cooling solution. Will run on your current PSU without breaking a sweat.

      Intel Hd 4000 vs 9500gt...
I wud have chosen on board graphics anytime over 9500gt.. The only good use of 9500gt is dat u can sell it for around 2.5-3k and add that money for ur GPU upgrade...

P- We dont get AMD CPUs here. otherwise AMD liano processors offer great performance on budget with inbuilt graphics...

@haroonshaikh I wont be going with my built-in GPU for too long either i'll be getting a GTX 650ti(when it comes out) or 7770 or 6850 or 660ti if i have the budget
for now i'll be upgrading my CPU/MOBO/RAM/HDD and i've a question: when building up my pc, Do I need to apply thermal paste if i'm going with Intel Stock cooler?
