first of all check with Realtemp and see what temps. you are getting........ur temps are good, e5300 runs cooler and also as you are in lahore, it must be pretty cold there, so ambient temps would also have gone down due to which you are getting lower temps......

however, 46 degrees on load doesn't look real, stress ur gpu using OCCT and see what temps. you get.....

Now wait a sec, you posted this thread thinking that your temps are high ............bhai those are some excellent temps, i am not sure how you got 30 degrees with e2180, may be u were using intel speed step and thoese idle temps were on lower clock......there is also a possibility, your temp. monitoring software wasn't giving u correct results.....however, that is history, u have e5300 now and refer to my first post and do as suggested there for monitoring temps and stressing the cpu....

Yar ur sensors are stuck at 36c, so in reality ur temps will be around 26-28c as my E5300 has 28c idle.

Now whenever ur temps will go above 36c ur sensors will start workng but below it they will not work. My E5300 has one stuck sensor at 34c while other is perfect. So as soon as my temp go above 34c my other sensor also starts working.

Both sensors on my E6300 are stuck.
they dont go below 38 whatever the temp is.
i think its common problem with the new R0 series.
