      but one last query @ cereberus ... Xfi xtreme gamer sb0770 vs xfi xtreme music sb0460...which one is better coz i can get sb0770 upto 2k...

      Honestly I didnt used it. BTW people say they are almost identical. and people here selling x-fi xtremegamer OEM at 3-4k. So i think there is no point getting almost identical performance card on 3x higher price.

      Both cards posses the same chip CA20K1,109snr (multichannel)
      And the same DAC of cirruslogic,so sound "quality" would be the same.

      one thing, XtremeGamer has dedicated 16MB X-ram, while X-fi has 2mb hynix ram, but there were few games who uses this memory
