      Is it safe to install a 800Mhz Ram stick onto a motherboard which supports upto 667 MHz RAM ??

      ofcourse its safe

      ur motherboard might not support ur rams
      but its more likely ur 800Mhz Rams will use a downclocked profile of 667Mhz
