Both are budget and mid-end GPUs. GTX 560 is better than those.

GET XFX6950 for 22k If you can. and unlock it to 6970

^i second that, 6950 in 22.5k best bang for bucks, im liking AMD mainly due to their higher RAW power and efficiency trend, which nvidia always lacks and fills the gap with things like physx and cuda

Im a user of Sparkle like many other PG members
buy it with closed eyes

and since u have the budget do not even consider GTX550Ti or HD6790
the GTX560 is in a different class altogather

Go for ATI HD 5830 if u can find it will be on 13k maximum and it runs BF3 on Ultra settings at 1920*1080 resolution and save money also instead of buying gtx560
