I went to the repair market yesterday....saw all brands of lcd's Sony, lg, Samsung......from 32 above inches being repaired...mostly all locally assembled.

The point is they all seem to crap out within 2-3 years time.....the only ounces which are long lasting are foreign assembled onces,,my friend has been using Philips (not available locally anymore),
imported from abroad....been working great for 5 years now
