which lcd to buy in the US

Hello to all and once again when ever im in a pinch i turn to the experts.
im building a rig and finallizing my component choices so that i could pick them up in the thanksgiving sale( im in usa right now).
im having a hard time choosing lcds
i'll think about getting a 5850 or a 5870 so that should give you an idea about my gaming resolution.
      now here goes
      1-samsung px2370 or the xl2370 300 $
2-dell u2310 320 $ ( this is an ultra sharp display and i've heard that its amazing)
      3-dell sp2309 or s2410

my price range is around 300, i can go a little above but if i stay under that would be greatly appreciated.

      thanks

I was faced with this choice and I bought a samsung px2370 LED LCD. My 2nd choice was the U2310. I think in the end thats the main two you have to decide between. Go have a look at both of them in store and then make a choice. Remember if you have read all the reviews both have inherent drawbacks

why did you buy the samsung, its a Tn display while u2311 is an ultrasharp IPS display. everywhere else on different forums, i've heard people reccomend 2311 over px2370. So i was just wondering what made u choose samsung?

I remember the U2410 (not U2310 no such model exists) doesnt show blacks well and it has a 5ms response time compared to the ideal for gaming 2ms that the PX2370 has. Also its an ugly monitor compared to the sexy sleek PX2370. I'll have to find the reviews/sources once again to recall the other reasons. Lemme dig them up. I do remember one important reason was I going to buy it from a store and I couldnt find it in any of the stores. You have to be sure about one thing, whats ur criteria for picking ur monitor. Whats ur primary secondary and tertiary priorities
