      Help !! System auto standby ??!!

      everything going normal untill today . half an hour ago i switchen on my pc , ran Warcraft 3 frozen throne , while in game for 2 minutes my monitor showed the screen `preparing to standby ` and it goes on standby , since then it keeps on going standby every second minute or may be less sometimes , sometimes going on standby after every 5 secs . any help .thank you .

      Viral activity probably. Or it could also be that you are accidentally pressing Sleep or Power button on your Keyboard.

      check monitor cable it may be loose from either Monitor or PC

      brother remove the powercable and check the power switch from inside and outside of the pc

      Try connecting a different screen or if you have a laptop try using the laptop on the LCD/CRT and see if the problem is in the display or the PC.

      some how i fixed it , did a few things and done so close this now . thank you .

      yea i did remove the powercable as well ,removed all the power supplies and then put them back on and it worked .
