grafix card problem gt 240 xfx 512 mb

i just bought xfx gt 240 it was working fine till today i was playing gta 4 suddenly all the grafix became scrambled and fuzzy the cards temprature is fine @ 49 or 50 c what shuld i doo helppP!!!!

Unusual... GTA 4 (Pirated) does have a graphical error which is corrected via patch.
If the problem continues then play some other game and monitor...
If Still Continues then make sure all drivers are updated including Direct X
If still continues Then Destroy the hard drive's Partitions and Reconstruct them and Install a fresh Windows including driver and then install GTA 4 again and check
If still continues Then Claim the Warranty!

i ve checked other games still the problem remains and i have installed my previous card it works fine and i also checked it on windows vista the problem still remains. the display is fine when surfing and watching movies problem starts when i start any game. i installed new driver still the problem remain boxes and lines start apearing.

Hav u over clocked it if not then try it on another pc if the prblm still remains then claim it

how you can check the temps bro ? use hardware monitor and check min and max temp and upload a screen of temps here and which psu you are currently using ?
and which version of gt240 you got ?

^ brother install a software named cpuid hardware monitor
open it and run the game and after playing the game capture the screenshot of that software and post it here
