Applications where cache matters, the E6750 will have an advantage

^^^Agree but thats not worth it (very small difference winrar benchie included in link below; thats because of shared l2 cache and newer tech ).
Check benchies almost same performance in all benchies but runs cooler and overclockable plus it (e6300) has virtualization too...

the e6300 will run cooler, draws a bit less power, and is a good overclocker.

if you dont overclock ,,then the e6750,,,i have it and i don't need to overclock it,

with a 4850 512 mb, i get smooth framerates at 1600*900

I have E5400 all games are running fine without overclockin so don't worry about e6300

Anyway Go for e6500 cheaper and will beat e6750 in all benchies
