At this point it is best you spend Rs100-200 and show it to a professional repair tech (someone who can fix motherboards) or otherwise use a Diagnostic card (Rs400). Since there are multiple issues that could be the problem and there could be even more than one problem therefore this will be the best way to go to have all the problems permanently resolved.
