Assalam o Alikum Friend,s

i am facing a problem in my office laptop.

Operating System Windows XP

Laptop Mode Dell Latitude D520

Problem:-When i ON my laptop Windows loading>>and Welcome Screen Came>>and when icon show on desktop During loading Black Screen Came

And if i press CTRL+DEL and Logoff my user and open it again then its work fine.again when i restart my laptop then same problem face again.

Any Solution?

I think that there is a bug in the windows boot-up sequence which hinders showing the OS screen on first-start and get's removed as soon as you perform the action you've mentioned.Have you tried reinstalling windows? and do you have any antivirus program installed?

Oops no company don't allow any antivirus program.and if i want to re-install windows then i should send me laptop to my head office and then they came back after 3-4 Days

Well man you have to do something,your company doesn't allow any antivirus programs to be installed and u neither wanna give your lappy for reinstalling,can't you reinstall it yourself?

But before that,If i give you a link for a software to download that removes all malware and viruses,would you be willing to run it?
It's a DOS based virus removing software but doesn't get installed in the system.

Yes company doesn't allow us.
Alhamdulilah i know how to install windows.But if i re-install it my all company programs remove so i dont take this Risk.

Alright man,here's the link where the two download location's are given.This is a unique software which removes all kinds of bugs.Its name is ComboFix.

You gotta agree and continue,stages 1-50 would be performed and then your lappy would restart.
