Well if you're not into gaming and intend to use your pc just for browsing then the following setup is enough for your needs..

      Processor- Intel Core i3 530 @ 2.93Ghz - 11700rs

      Motherboard- Intel DH55TC - 9600rs

      Memory / Ram- Kingston 2x1gb value ram - 4200rs

Hard drive - Seagate 500 GB SATA HDD - 5000rs

      PSU - CoolerMaster 460W - 3600rs

      Cheap China Casing - 1500rs

      Total - - -- - - - - - 35500rs --

As you'll not use the pc for gaming purposes so the builtin GPU is enough for your needs..

if budget is issue then get a Core i3 now, the motherboard - of course - will be supporting all core i5 and core i7 1156 socket
later you may update to core i5 or core i7 1156 socket

Well EVGA is good but if you're on a tight budget then Intel H55 as suggested above.
