i have 4 hdd in my system.

1tb seagate
1tb cavier black
80gb Wd raptor (For OS)
320gb WD

everything was running fine since an year of my cavier black but at once my system was unable to boot completely due to one of my hdd. it was wd cavier black. system doesnt pass the logo of win 7 and stays there....
what to do to make my hdd work normal? when i remove that hdd. everything is fine.
i have changed its sata cable and port aswell but no use
what to do??

This happened with my 7200.12 and 7200.8(or was it 7200.9 [bought 250gb for 8000 back in the day]) alike when I bought them respectively. I had to have them RMAed and replacement hard drives were given.

some sound starts coming from them like "TING TING" and shopkeeper says its problem of main modula and it cant be repaired.
i dont know what the heck is this.
first i bought maxtor 150gb
then maxtor 320gb
and now seegate 500gb
same problem with all.
what would u guys suggest.

If its in warranty, claim it fast.

On a second thought test it other pc, maybe PSU or mobo is faulty in ur case that is causing harddisk failure.

You buy them new or used ? Hard Disks start making these sounds after a year of usage. If you have purchased all of the above as new then I think you were unlucky to get faulty pieces or you were ripped by the shop keeper .

bro all of them were new and i bought them from different shops. and more over when i opened my hard disk card i saw it's SILVER LINES on which current flows were deformed probably that was the reason but sound comes from metallic disk of harddrive which directs towards other problem.

Have you tried them on another PC ? Were they continuously giving sound since system boot-up or only when booting windows ?

Last time I used a blower my gfx was dead.

Blower say gfx card ko kia kia tha jo dead ho gaya . Use blower again but this time keep it little away from computer parts and fans .
