[Need Buying/Upgrading Advice] for Graphicx card

I am looking to buy a budget GPU to run games under atleast medium specs, plus hopefully multi-monitor support

      My PC specs are :

      1) Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz (E8400)
      2) Intel DG35EC - mobo
      3) RAM 2GB DDr2
      4) 320gb HDD primary
      5) Gigabyte 550Watts PSU
      6) Acer 17" / Samsung 32" LCD

      7) Budget= 9~10k

      a) please suggest a good card new/used (currently available in market from rwp/isb) and if possible the shop where to get it

      b) and secondly which is a better card in these (HD 5670-512mb DDR5) OR (9800gt 1gb DDR3 core or green) OR (Inno3d GTS250 1gb green edition)

brother i recommend you to purchase a used card instead of purchasing a new card.
in used you can purchase 5750,gts250 very easily. but if you want to buy a new card i recommend you should choose sparkle gts250 .

Well another PG member was also looking for a GPU in this Price Range and imo HD4870 1GB or HD4890 can be easily bought in this budget
and he bought HD4870 for 8k Rs

Try searching for a used HD4890 as it as fast as HD6790

5750 1GB best option. You should get 1GB version for better performance in multiple displays.

You can buy a GTS 450 used or 5770 used in this budget .

For (b) answer GTS 250 is best.

Instead of gts 450 which is little bit lower in performance then hd 5770 will cost 9k to 9.6k depending on condition i sell mine to rehman786 at 9k so @ threadmaker if you are want to buy a budget card of dx 11 then buy hd 5770.
