I dont see any sane reason why you need to buy those RAMs when you have a H67 chipset.

If you are getting a new motherboard soon (a p67 chipset or above) then all those RAMs are prefect. G.Skill should be preferred as they are as good as Corsair but cheap.

Your motherboard is 1333 or PC3-10600. That means it supports maximum 1333MHz RAMs. All above RAMs will run on 1333 if they can. So no need to by those RAM modules because they are meant for overclocking and H67 boards cant overclock a RAM.

After reading all that, its your money and your choice.

Well man, if it was me, then I'd plainly get the Ripjaws 2x4GB (second option).

Are you planning to run them with your current memory? and what memory you're running right now?

If you knew that, then why add more RAM options?.

Now, if you are upgrading, then as Ali said, option 2. No doubt. BUT at this moment, expect 0% improvement in your day to day PC use.
