      If you absolutely have to buy a SSD, then it seems this is at the sweet spot regarding price, performance & size
      But 14.5k to shave off literally seconds from boot & load times? If boot times are so important, use the hibernation feature.
      Imho the best use of 14.5k is to spend it on cpu & gpu, or maybe even a bigger screen, or even to charity. If you already have a beast rig that cannot be improved, then maybe...

      Well,in realtime ssd vs hdd only IOPS ad access time matter and any ssd will offer nil access time and high enough IOPS. realtime yes there is no difference.

      Great man, you'd really benefit from it more if you upgrade to the newer Z77 motherboards with Intel's SRT and Rapid Start technology. You would likewise even increase the performance of your mechanical drive as well.
