[NBA] Cheapest Solution but Heavy Duty UPS

hey guys so here's the situation im in, i live in a shared house (portion) and the land lady's given me a connection from her ups to use. the problem is that they are real abusers of the thing n carelessly leave things like heaters (electric), irons, ctr tv's etc on and on the ups line. and that cause a problem for my entertainment setup and im afraid that it might get damaged if i dont do something abt it...
i've decided to get n independent ups for the setup and use her line for the lights and fans. so what i need is something that can run my setup for 2 hours continuous minimum and be fast enough to not cause my pc to restart (i've had this problem with ups's)
my setup is a 40 inch lcd tv (its not that heavy on power really) a pc with a 750watt psu, ps3, xbox 360 and a dvd home theater (i dont mind not using this on ups power).
so what do u guys suggest is the CHEAPEST solution for me? i'll get a decent battery dont worry but which ups unit do i need? should i go for a pc ups n add the large battery? will it take the load? or should i go for a home ups? if yes which brand and how much will it set me back?

      thanks in advance

which battery are you using?? the normal wet batteries would not last long if you fully drain them...
