Get a branded PSU for around 1.5k from PG marketplace and a cheap Chinese case for around 1.5k or under.

I cannot see what you have eaten up but I can see what you are wearing. Casing and PSU is something noticeable every-time so it should be pleasing to your eyes and heart. A shabby case having an i3, i5 or i7 doesn't make a sense. It had therefore better to spare some more amount for case and PSU to feel satisfied and to meet your future requirement. Decision is yours.

since you're gonna add a gpu later....i would also suggest getting a rather better psu because a chinese cheap brand one might not support the gpu that you have in mind so you'll end up paying more.

Any 600W of CM or 500W of Xigmatek, Antec OR Corsair is best till mid-level GPU. A 450W of good brand will also serve the purpose but its always better to keep a cushion so that you could utilize the same PSU while switching between different GPUs. Instead buying a new one, look into PG Marketplace and buy a used one from a reliable Karachi based seller to avoid extra expense on shipping.

Bro increase your budget and buy 500 watts psu from antec, xigamatek, corsair or any other famous brand and you should buy a descent case that will suit you core i3 2100...From PG marketplace you can find 500 watts psu easily and case too...First you have to increase your budget. At least 7k will be enough 3k for psu and 4k for case......

This is what you should be looking at, for a budget build getting a expensive case doesn't make sense at all.

You've a low budget therefore I've suggest you whatever is the best buy, increasing the budget is different story.
If you can do that, get an Antec 430D from IMX for 5.5k (if buying new), and a Bitfenix Shinobi for around 6.2k, even 6.2k on a casing alone looks a lot for a budget PC but it worth the money.
