      [nba] 500gb hdd

I got problem in my previous HDD. Need too buy a new one...

Should I buy a new HDD for 7800 or USED 1 TB for 7500?

      Does cache makes a difference?

500gb 16m ache = 6950 rupees while 64mb cache will cost 7800. My cousin says cache doesn't make a difference.

Need help. Asap as I my PC is currently dead :P

It's always better to get a new HDD as it's something quite sensitive and the condition of a used one usually isn't reliable.

Cache makes some difference in larger capacities i.e. 1TB-2TB, but in smaller 500GB ones, less cache (8-16mb) is fine.

So I should go for the 16mb cache one?

That's a good find man. I was also going to point it out but forgot. The 1TB would certainly be a better buy for the price. Go for the EZRX version as it's their newer one.
